Wine lovers, wine connoisseurs and those who want to become one will find Christoph Simonich an enthusiastic dialogue partner and competent advisor. He grew up in a wine region, is a qualified sommelier and has had a passion for many years: he is constantly on the lookout for particularly fine wines and rarities.
We cordially invite our guests to exclusive tastings. Because all the wines we present are real rarities. We find them at small, private winegrowers and traditional family wineries.
Look forward to special wine experiences in "red and white". Get to know new aromas, mature flavours and our latest discoveries. You are welcome to arrange your own personal appointment for a wine tasting with host Christoph Simonich. You are sure to find some fine wines for your stay. Or your new favourite wine to take home.
