Wine is a cellar child, one of the oldest cultural assets of mankind and an integral part of today's culture of enjoyment. We cordially invite our guests to exclusive tastings. Because all the wines we present are genuine rarities. We find them at small, private winegrowers and traditional family wineries. Very high quality and only a few bottles are produced. They are not available in any shop or pub. Only directly at the winery. And at our Chalet Resort Sölden.
The landscape, soil and microclimate create independent characters, but it is the careful cultivation, care and pressing that turn characters into real wine personalities. And because every vintage develops different qualities and temperaments, we regularly review, expand and change our fine selection.

Wine lovers, wine connoisseurs and those who want to become one will find Christoph Simonich an enthusiastic dialogue partner and competent advisor. He grew up in a wine region, is a qualified sommelier and has had a passion for many years: he is constantly on the lookout for particularly fine wines. Where he finds them remains his secret.
