From Monday to Friday we spoil you with culinary delicacies from the Ötztal. Seasonal and freshly prepared in our AD VINUM restaurant.

The cheese fondue is made from high-quality regional Alpine cheese. The fondue is served with bread from the Ötztal bakery, potatoes, apples and homemade specialities. Spend a sociable and cosy evening in your chalet. We are happy to serve a cheese fondue with dessert on the day of your choice.
