The breakfast offers high-quality, regional and seasonal products and specialities from the Ötztal: If you have any special requests, allergies or intolerances, please let us know.
Ötztal Premium Breakfast Basket*
On request, we will be happy to spoil you with our Ötztal Premium breakfast basket with regional delicacies such as salmon trout, char and smoked trout. Served with: 1 bottle of Grand Cru Blanc de Blanc Champagne or 1 bottle of Premier Cru Rosé Champagne
* The Ötztal Premium Breakfast Basket is served for a minimum of 2 persons and a surcharge of 25 Euro/person.

There are few dishes better than fondue to enjoy with friends and family. We are happy to serve a delicious cheese fondue in your chalet. The cheese fondue is prepared with high-quality regional Alpine cheese. It is served with bread from the Ötztal bakery, potatoes, apples and homemade specialities. Spend a sociable and cosy evening!

From Monday to Friday, we passionately offer culinary variety under the motto "Regionality - Seasonality - Quality" from our gourmet kitchen.

With our chalet packages you are well catered for! You can choose according to your personal preferences:
In the morning, you choose the dishes à la carte and we serve your dinner freshly prepared in your chalet at the agreed time. We are happy to reserve a table for you for individual days or daily from Monday to Friday in our 2 toque restaurant AD VINUM. Here you have the choice between à la carte or a special regional four or six-course menu. Host and qualified sommelier Christoph Simonich will be happy to recommend the right wine to accompany your meal.
