Your gourmet breakfast basket at the Chalet Resort Sölden
For an all-round perfect start to the day, we serve our delicious breakfast basket directly to your chalet every day. For a cosy breakfast with your loved ones! The breakfast basket is filled with high-quality, regional products and specialities from the Ötztal: Milk, cheese, butter and yoghurt, bread, ham, sausage, fruit, juice, honey, jams, muesli, breakfast egg and much more! If you have any special requests, allergies or intolerances, please let us know!
Ötztal Premium Breakfast Basket*
On request, we will be happy to spoil you with our Ötztal Premium Breakfast Basket - with regional delicacies such as salmon trout, char and smoked trout.
You will also receive either:
1 bottle of Grand Cru Blanc de Blanc Champagne or 1 bottle of Premier Cru Rosé Champagne
* We serve the Ötztal Premium Breakfast Basket for a minimum of 2 people and for a surcharge of 25 euros/person.

Round off your holiday with special culinary highlights. We will also be happy to give you the right wine recommendation. For private enjoyment in your chalet or in our AD VINUM restaurant. From Monday to Friday, we passionately offer delicious dishes from our gourmet kitchen under the motto "Regionality - Seasonality - Quality". We only use selected seasonal products from the region and Ötztal.
CHALET À LA CARTE - The dinner package
With our chalet packages you are well catered for in culinary terms! You can choose according to your personal preferences:
You choose your meals à la carte in the morning and we serve your dinner freshly prepared in your chalet at the agreed time. We are also happy to reserve a table for you for individual days or daily from Monday to Friday in our AD VINUM restaurant. Here you have the choice between à la carte or a special regional 4 or 6 course menu. Host and qualified sommelier Christoph Simonich will be happy to give you the right wine recommendation.
