Prices are in euros for the specified minimum occupancy including Inside Summer Card in summer, excluding local tax, final cleaning and deposit. Discounts for children on request.
The local tax is charged separately per person and day. It amounts to: € 4.00 per person and day (all year round). Children and young people under the age of 15 are exempt from the local tax.
Final cleaning is a one-off charge per chalet:
- Fichtenchalet € 160,00
- Latschenchalet € 200,00
- Zirbenchalet € 200.00
- Lärchenchalet € 240,00
- Tannenchalet € 240,00
We charge a deposit of € 500.00 on arrival. 100% of the deposit will be refunded if the chalet is left completely undamaged and tidy on departure.
During the summer months, you are welcome to hire a gas-powered quality barbecue from us for the duration of your stay. We do not charge for the provision of the barbecue. On request, we can provide you with meat products from the local butcher or a barbecue package with everything you need. Please refer to the price list at reception or in your chalet for details.
Check-in from 15:00, check-out until 10:00
We charge a deposit of 40 % upon reservation. The remaining amount will be charged on arrival.

Something unforeseen can always happen. That's why we advise our guests to take out travel cancellation insurance. This will protect you from any costs should the worst happen.
Cancellation conditions summer season:
Cancellation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival - refund of deposit or rebooking free of charge.
In case of cancellation 6 days before arrival we charge 100 % of the total stay.
Cancellation conditions winter season:
In case of cancellation 6 days before arrival we charge 100 % of the total stay.
In the event of cancellation between 30 days and 7 days before arrival, we charge 90% of the total stay.
In the event of cancellation between 89 days and 29 days prior to arrival, we charge 50% of the total stay.
In the event of cancellation more than 90 days before the date of arrival, you will receive a voucher for the deposit already paid and have the option of rebooking free of charge.
