General Terms and Conditions

The following and the"General Terms and Conditions for the Hottelerie 2006 (AGBH 2006)" shall apply mutatis mutandis to this contractual relationship

Instead of points 5.5 and 5.6 of the AGBH 2006, the contracting parties agree the following in the event of cancellation by the contracting party (=guest):
up to 60 days before the date of arrival 40% of the total package price;
up to 30 days before the date of arrival 50% of the total package price;
up to 7 days before the date of arrival 90% of the total package price;
in the last week before the date of arrival 100% of the total package price;

In the summer season the following applies:
Cancellation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival - refund of the deposit or rebooking free of charge.
In case of cancellation 6 days before arrival we charge 100% of the total stay.
